How it works:

• Visit the CRYSTAL® Chemistry Auto Replenishment page in our online store.
  
• Order only the Auto Replenishment products you want.  Do NOT order other (non recurrning) products at the same time.  (If you need other products, please complete a different order.)
• Enter the quantity of cases that you want to have autoshipped for each product.
• Enter your payment information.  Note that if you use a credit card, you are authorizing us to apply a re-occurring charge to your credit card. Whittaker Systems will contact you to complete a recurring billing authorization form if you use a credit card.
•  All Discounts will be applied before you are charged.

Program Terms & Conditions

• Discount applied after any other program discounts
• Program applies to case quantities only
• Minimum replenishment quantity is one case, cube, drum, or pallet per month to a single location
• Ship date must be the last Wednesday of each month (if last Wednesday is a holiday, ship date will be on the next business day)
• Customers who pay by credit card will preauthorize recurring charge at time of shipment
• Customers requiring a PO number on invoice and or packing list will generate blanket PO
• Replenishment quantity can be amended up to one week prior to schedule ship date
• Additional shipping cost will apply to orders outside of the 48 continental United States, expedited service, or orders requiring special freight handling.
